I really like New York & Co clothes, but buying from their website is extremely complicated. They have inconsistent sizing and no exchange policy. I bought a dress on sale that went up $10 this week, so I have to reorder to get the dress in a smaller size. My refund for the dress I want to return is also reduced by $9 because they charge for the shipping label. It's not worth shopping there if other retailers offer free returns or at least free exchanges. I also accidentally charged my business card instead of my personal one, so I immediately called to cancel the order or change the payment method. You wouldn't find me. Very disappointed, I won't be shopping here again as a matter of principle.

I ordered 2 items from NY&C in January 2023. Items were on 10.2. and 13.2. at your camp. It is now March 11th and I still have not issued a refund or credited my account. When I first called I was told the delay was due to technical issues. The second time I was told it was due to an influx of returns. I have no intention of ordering from them again and would strongly advise no one to! I also reported this issue to the BBB. This is unacceptable!!!

You received my pants on 2.24. I waited 7-10 days. When I spoke to them on the 10th I was told there are serious delays and they have no idea when I will receive my refund. I will never order from this place again. It went downhill, but ended up on the embankment. I hope you like my $36, you thieves.

Since the company went completely online, the quality of the material has dropped as much as the service. I returned some items which was confirmed by the tracking number and the chat representative but they state that the refund will take 3 weeks and I am still responsible for the minimum payment even though I have a $0 balance after the refund. I will no longer shop with them. Sizing is inconsistent, quality is poor, customer service is poor (they're very nice but not helpful), not worth the occasional sale prices. They should just close completely.

I also ordered from New York & Company. I returned my order and received an email notification that it was received on Feb 9th. I still got my refund a month later. I contacted this company multiple times asking for my refund which was about $60 and for some people $60 is $60. I will never buy from this company again!!!

Bad customer service that follows a script without offering help. They have a return policy that they don't follow. All questions are answered in general terms - we have delays but no real timeline of when to expect refunds. You are completely disorganized. The quality of the clothes also dropped. Not sure how they are still in business. They got my return a month ago and still no refund or update on when to expect one.

I have purchased from this company over the past few years but have noticed a drop in service. First, the delay in receiving orders, the rate of returning orders, and now the company refusing to issue a refund. I returned several orders that went back to the warehouse in early February. It's been a month and I haven't received my refund. There is a language barrier so I assume they have outsourced their call center to another country. The people answering the calls are rude and don't know what they are doing because they are reading the script. It was about time this company gave everyone their money back and closed. Because NYC went to waste.

I didn't get a refund either!! They are thieves and only take money from people! Don't buy anything from them! This is legit, I never thought these companies were scammers. I've seen their stores in malls (a few years ago) and even bought some clothes there, so I wasn't looking at the reviews on websites like I usually do when I buy something online! ! But no, they are different now. You order something and if it doesn't fit, you send it back and you'll never see your $$ money again! I've contacted customer service a few times and they always give the same excuses as to why I didn't get my $$ back! They read scripts and always say the same lines!! We must unite, act and file a lawsuit against them!

I feel that a class action lawsuit will be filed against this company soon. Although they confirmed my return (I returned the item unused immediately upon receipt), two months have passed and they still have not refunded the money to my account. After numerous calls to customer service with dubious answers about how they are working on it or are behind on processing returns and not knowing when the return will be processed, I decided to report it to Consumeraffairs. Please be careful when purchasing from this company, especially if you need to make a return. They will take the items back, but you will never see your refund.

I ordered online from this company because I used to shop in stores. I bought 20 items and had to return 6. I'm still waiting for an email saying my return date is 1/23. it arrived. Fortunately, I took pictures of the items and the return label. I look forward to returning to meet me on the 16/02. being credited after being informed that the last day 02/14. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM YOU!!!
