It is very hot today, amirite? Well, it's a good thing there are plenty of new movies on Netflix to look forward to this summer. And the best part? At least one movie comes out every week!
To make it easier for you, we've listed all the upcoming Netflix movies from May to August. Ranging from romantic comedies and family films to action thrillers and remakes of crowd favorites, there's definitely something to enjoy throughout the season. So you better mark it on your calendar because Netflix is bringing us lots of SPF – Summer Popcorn, of course.

New Netflix summer movies in May
1.Oxygen
This French survival thriller is about a young woman (played by Mélanie Laurent) who wakes up in a cryogenic capsule. She doesn't remember who she is or how she got there. As she runs out of oxygen, she must rebuild her memory to find a way out of the nightmare.

2.The woman at the window
Anna Fox (played by Amy Adams) is New York City a native who is limited by her agoraphobia. He often finds himself watching the new family across the street from the window of his house. After witnessing a brutal crime, secrets begin to unravel and nothing and no one is what they seem.

3.army of the dead
After the zombie outbreak inLas Vegas, a group of mercenaries made their best bet: venture into the quarantine zone to pull off the biggest heist ever attempted. This action horror movie is directed by Zack Snyder and stars Dave Bautista - making it one of the most anticipated movies on Netflix this year!

4.Baggio: divine ponytail
This biopic focuses on Italian football legend Roberto Baggio. He chronicles his 22-year career, including his rocky debut as a player and his deep disagreements with some of his coaches.

5.Ghost Lab
In this Thai horror thriller, two doctors embark on an afterlife research experiment. Here's another one of Netflix's new movies based on a true story. This one revolves around Casa Hogar: a Mexican orphanage for boys struggling to survive after Hurricane Odile in 2014. To save the place, the caretaker and his children team up with the captain of a wrecked ship for a chance to win a worldwide title. the biggest fishing tournament.

6.carnival
After a video of her boyfriend cheating on her goes viral, 23-year-old Nina uses her connections with digital influencers to win an all-expenses-paid, all-access, all-inclusive trip to Salvador during Carnival. And, of course, she brings her three best friends along for the ride.

23.he is all that
In case the title sounds vaguely familiar, that's because Netflix's upcoming summer movie is a reimagining of the 1999 version. Reminiscent of the original, this teen romantic comedy follows an influencer (played by Addison Rae) who takes on the challenge of becoming a school loser (Tanner Buchanan) in prom king. That said, we're definitely excited to see how the gender roles will change!
